The Â鶹¹ú²ú & Enterprise Academy

The Â鶹¹ú²ú & Enterprise Academy is the online home of careers leadership for Â鶹¹ú²ú Leaders and all those who work with them to plan and deliver strategic, progressive careers programmes.
From October 2025 the Academy also supports those working with primary pupils as they start their careers journey.
The learning content provides opportunities to build foundational knowledge as a new Â鶹¹ú²ú Leader, and then develop deeper skills, including using our digital tools to drive impact, and how to engage parents/carers in careers.
To support the release of updated Statutory Guidance for secondary schools, colleges and special schools, the Academy now includes a homepage exclusively for Â鶹¹ú²ú Leaders in those settings, with a data and learning dashboard, a checklist highlighting key actions and a handy newsfeed alerting users to new content and events.
Our new training for those working in a primary school setting aims to drive forward the growing and increasingly impactful work of primary school teachers delivering career-related learning.
Tailored content for those in other roles including Education Leaders, Governors, teachers, SENCOs and the wider education workforce is also available to help everyone effectively play their part in helping young people find their best next step.
