The ASK programme

From 1 August 2025, the Department for Education will no longer fund the programme. Schools and colleges seeking support with apprenticeships and technical pathways should contact their local Âé¶¹¹ú²ú Hub or the .

Apprenticeship support

Schools and colleges seeking support to raise awareness of apprenticeships and technical education can access a range of online and in-person initiatives:

Online:

  • The Âé¶¹¹ú²ú and Enterprise Company’s (CEC) hosts a range of high-quality resources to support schools and colleges in building understanding of technical education pathways.

  • Specific sector initiatives such as – a wide range of resources on careers in the creative sector including technical pathways into the sector.

In-person:

  • The Apprenticeship Ambassador Network (AAN) – educators can  as well as T Level and .
  • CEC’s national network of Âé¶¹¹ú²ú Hubs, to help coordinate employers and local programmes to engage directly with schools and colleges to support their careers education including to raise awareness of apprenticeship pathways into their sectors.

Amazing Apprenticeships are a partner of the ASK programme, creating engaging resources and offering inspiring workshops about apprenticeships and technical education.
